Employment Conditions

Introduction to work – All Sub-Contractors will be given an induction at each place of work before starting where the job  will be explained with all conditions and safety roles. 

Advances - Prior to coming to work each Sub-Contractor will receive a cash advance: £50 for first 4 weeks and than £100. Advances will be deducted from final salary.

Payments - Transfers are done once a month - within 21 days of the following month, in to Sub-Contractors account (in GBP or PLN).

Working hours - Around 260-280 hr/month, we guarantee a minimum of 200hrs.

Accommodation - We provide accommodation either in houses or B&B for the full time of the contract. We charge a deposit £26.25/week, after successfully fulfilling the contract we pay this money back.

Transport - We cover transport costs from Poland to the work place country and back. We provide also transport to work if accommodation is in a long distance from the work place.

Breaking the contract - If any Sub-Contractor breaks the contract rules or be dismissed the company will charge the said Sub-Contractor with accommodation,  transport  and administration costs.

Law conditions in the UK / registration in UK - Within 12 weeks after arrival each person should register with the Department of Social Security in order to get a National Insurance Number. This number is necessary whenever taking up a job in UK. It is necessary when claiming for allowances, reliefs or pension. The registration process in free of charge. In order to get it you need to have a passport or any kind of ID that confirms you identity, documents confirming your address, letter from employee or job contract, payslips.

Taxation - The tax year last from April. This year it is from 5th April 2009 until 5th April 2010 There is no obligation of paying taxes unless if you will earn less than 5435 GBP. This is amount free of tax.
